**Position Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Project Coordinator** who is eager to grow with the company. This position offers hands-on experience across all phases of project delivery (from preconstruction through close-out), providing the ideal foundation for long-term growth within our organization.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Estimators, and Site Supervisors, supporting multiple projects while learning the essential skills of project leadership, financial control, and client relations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist Project Managers with the **coordination and administration** of active projects
- Review and issue **contract documents, subcontracts, and purchase orders**:

- Coordinate **shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs** between consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Help maintain **project schedules**, logs, and meeting minutes
- Participate in **site meetings** and assist in preparing reports
- Organize and assemble **close-out documentation** at project completion
- Support **estimating** with tender submissions and document organization
- Prepare and track **bonding and insurance requisitions**:

- Contribute to **prequalification and tender submissions** as needed

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Architecture, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in ICI Construction
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Driven, resourceful, and motivated to develop and work their way up through the company

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
