**Duties**:
Prepare and bake a variety of donuts, and other baked goods.

Develop and test new recipes to expand our menu offerings.

Oversee daily operations in the pastry kitchen, ensuring quality and consistency.

Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.

Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

Train and lead a team of bakers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.

Problem-solve and address any issues that arise in a timely manner.

Work early morning shifts as required to ensure fresh products are available for opening.

**Requirments**:

- Proven experience in baking and pastry, with a focus on donuts preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Creative flair and in-depth food knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in food costing, recipe development, and inventory management.
- Ability to work early morning shifts.
- Must live within a reasonable proximity to Port Moody.
