Surgenor Truck Group in Ottawa needs your help to meet consumer demand for quality vehicle service and repair by you joining our team as a **full-time Back Counter Heavy Truck Parts Person **for day shift or possible Monday to Thursday night shift position.
We are a busy Mack/Volvo and Isuzu Trucks dealer who are committed to ongoing development of training paths for technical advancement.
If you are an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual with knowledge of heavy duty truck parts, this could be the role for you
**Duties & Responsibilities of Parts Counter Sales include**:

- Providing parts and orders for parts by providing accurate, courteous and professional service to our technicians
- Preparing parts orders and handle product returns
- Assisting Parts Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting on other duties
**Preferred Education & Qualifications**:

- 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role
- Bilingualism is an asset
- Excellent knowledge of heavy duty truck parts
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to use various computer programs
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
