**Southbank Dodge** is looking for a talented inside **PARTS SALES PROFESSIONAL** to take on an exciting and challenging full time role within our dealership.

We pride ourselves on offering exceptional service, value, and performance to our customers. You will be an integral part of delivering service excellence in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking self-motivated team-players who take pride in their work and are looking to continuously develop their skills. A strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to earn an above average income are mandatory. This is a full-time, permanent position, with many benefits including health, drug, and dental plans, employee pricing on vehicles and parts. **Role and responsibilities**:

- Delivering a high level of customer service.
- Interact, respond and follow up with customers on a daily basis, promptly responding to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
- Sell a diversified line of products via phone and over-the-counter
- Processing customer orders through the computer system, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery
- Utilizing the computer system to look up the correct parts for repairs.
- Ensuring customers parts orders are accurately filled and delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Effectively communicating product features, benefits and warranty policy information to customers.
- Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude.

Pay: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
