**Southbank Dodge** is looking for a talented inside **PARTS SALES PROFESSIONAL** to take on an exciting and challenging full time role within our dealership.

We are seeking self-motivated team-players who take pride in their work and are looking to continuously develop their skills. A strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to earn an above average income are mandatory. This is a full-time, permanent position, with many benefits including health, drug, and dental plans, employee pricing on vehicles and parts. **Role and responsibilities**:

- Delivering a high level of customer service.
- Interact, respond and follow up with customers on a daily basis, promptly responding to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
- Sell a diversified line of products via phone and over-the-counter
- Processing customer orders through the computer system, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery
- Utilizing the computer system to look up the correct parts for repairs.
- Ensuring customers parts orders are accurately filled and delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Effectively communicating product features, benefits and warranty policy information to customers.
- Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
