**Job Description**:
We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative. This role will be focused on providing remote customer service and technical support via phone and video conferencing.
The Customer Service and Technical Support Representative will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for all mobility equipment, ensuring that manufacturers’ guidelines and specifications are adhered to, and that equipment is safe to operate. Assisting customers with general inquiries to assist team in handling calls.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Provide remote customer service and technical support via phone and video conferencing.
- Troubleshoot problems clients are having with their equipment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, dealers and other team members.
- Work with colleagues to provide better customer service across the organization.
- Help train new employees.

- Knowledge of products an asset
- Customer service experience an advantage.
- Excellent computer skills

- Experience with any Mobility Equipment considered valuable.
- Product knowledge favored.
- Electronics & mechanical background
- Background check may be required.
Schedule and Compensation:

**Salary**: $45,000 - $55,000/yr
