**Position Overview**

As a Technical Customer Support Representative at PSCL, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that technical issues are managed efficiently from beginning to end. You’ll work closely with our customers to resolve complex technical challenges, provide innovative solutions, and offer long-term support. **Responsibilities**:

- Assess and prioritize technical situations to provide effective solutions.
- Manage individual cases while documenting troubleshooting and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems and communicate trending issues.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.

**We want to hear from you if you have**:

- A technical diploma in a computer-related discipline, trade certification, or equivalent experience.
- Strong work experience with MS SQL: scripting, writing queries, creating databases.
- Proficiency in operating systems (Windows and Linux) and networking technologies/protocols.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills; with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to quality customer service.
- A **valid** Canadian passport **or** PR with US B1/B2 Visa and the willingness to travel internationally.

These additional qualifications would be an asset:

- Experience in end-user software support
- Industrial experience in an industrial plant or lab environment
- Electrical experience and qualifications
- Exposure to the electrical trade / electrical process equipment and ability to read electrical drawings
- Knowledge of electrical installation, automation and/or PLCs
- Experience with software testing methodologies and software testing
- Experience in writing end-user documentation
- Familiarity with Kubernetes or Docker
- Microsoft Certified Professional status

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
