**MAINTENANCE ADMINISTRATOR**:
**Department**: Facilities & Construction

**Location**: Calgary, AB (#400, 229 - 33rd Street NE Calgary, Alberta T2A 4Y6)

**Type of employment**: Permanent, Full Time (40 hours)

**THE ROLE**:
**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Accurately input asset data into Nuvolo system databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
- Verify the accuracy of data before entry and perform regular audits to ensure data integrity
- Track and update records for asset transfers, disposals, retirements and new assets to our network.
- Develop and implement a standardized naming convention for effective asset management.
- Conduct site visits to store locations to verify physical assets and ensure accurate asset tracking and reporting.
- Communicate with store teams regarding scheduled maintenance procedures and upcoming project notifications.
- Follow up with vendors on open service tickets to ensure timely and proper closure.
- Enter preventative maintenance schedules into the system and ensure all related service tickets are resolved and closed within a monthly timeframe.
- Generate reports, summaries, and presentations as needed on asset management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management in an administrative respect.

**Education**
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Strong typing skills (typically 50+ WPM with high accuracy)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
