As the Infrastructure Maintenance Administrator, you will perform essential services to the Waste & Recycling Services Operations teams, ensuring business practices are delivered with service levels that are consistent with all Corporate, Departmental and Business Unit requirements. You will be responsible for contract management, financial processing, reporting, and managing assets and documents for the maintenance of infrastructure assets stewarded by Waste and Recycling Services. Primary duties include:
- Oversee external contract administration and collaborate with vendors to obtain appropriate contract documentation.
Liaise with internal collaborators to identify procurement scope, access up-to-date document templates, and see drafts through the review process to completion.
Work with internal providers of maintenance services and external vendors to look after financial processing, tracking, and reporting, including requisitions and purchase orders.
Support maintenance program managers to keep work breakdown sheets and capital spending forecasts up to date.
Register and document new assets and dispose of retired asset records.
Complete work order documentation and validation.
Ensure work orders and purchasing requisitions are linked correctly and that financial coding has been entered accurately.
Maintain data quality control, ensure consistent use of data standards, and perform data entry of preventative maintenance into the work management system.
Work with Geographic Information System (GIS) team to verify that assets in the field are consistent with the asset registry.
- **Qualifications**
***A completed 1-year certificate in a related field with at least 3 years of experience with asset management and contract management in a large, complex organization.
The basic ability to interpret engineering drawings is required.
Experience using software programs including SAP Ariba, Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), and HxGN EAM / Infor EAM will be considered an asset.
