**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven **Event Sales Manager cum Operations Planning Coordinator** to manage both the sales and planning aspects of events. This dual-role position is responsible for generating new event business, building client relationships, and ensuring flawless event execution through hands-on coordination and operational oversight.

This is an exciting opportunity for a well-organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys both the front-end of sales and the back-end of operations.

**Key Responsibilities:Sales & Client Acquisition**:

- Proactively identify and pursue leads for private, corporate, and social events.
- Conduct client meetings, venue tours, and sales presentations.
- Prepare customized proposals, contracts, and event quotations.
- Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the management.

**Event Coordination & Operations**:

- Work with clients to understand event objectives, themes, and detailed requirements.
- Develop event plans, layouts, timelines, and checklists in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
- Liaise with catering, audio-visual, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure all logistics are in place.
- Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients during events.

**Administrative & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, contracts, and invoices.
- Prepare post-event reports, including feedback and budget analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in event sales and operations or event coordination.
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple events and clients simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/event management software (e.g., Cvent, Tripleseat, Salesforce).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $46,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
