Join Pro-X Event, a fast-growing leader in the international corporate event and tradeshow exhibit world, and help shape our continued success We're seeking an Administrative Assistant (Sales) to play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, ensuring smooth communication, and driving the efficiency of our sales-to-production cycle.
**Location**:
- Mississauga, Ontario (head office & warehouse)
**Your Day-to-Day**:
- Be the backbone of our sales-to-production flow by ensuring sales notes are clear, organized, and ready to share across teams
- Support a dynamic team of 4-5 sales pros throughout every step of the sales process
- Own the details - Anticipate needs and spot issues before they arise and proactively keep the process running smoothly
- Contribute fresh ideas to enhance the workflow from initial concept to final production, specifically through the lens of the sales process
- Make a direct impact on company wide sales success by organizing and streamlining sales process
- Schedule and coordinate key meetings, both with clients and internal teams
- Manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

- Post-secondary education (degree or diploma) is required
- 2+ years of administrative, sales support or similar experience

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
