Membership Service Representative

A new opportunity for a full time position needs to be filled.
The full time shift will be from Monday to Friday, 5AM to 1PM. This individual will be responsible for leading the morning team through closing sales & assisting members.
The membership sales representative is responsible for delivering a great experience to help get people signed up to our facilities. They will be providing exceptional service to new prospects/customers, as well as the current member base.
All leads for the club are from lead generation, phone calls, walk ins, social media, and promotions. It is the sales representatives responsibility to take those leads and convert them in to members.
A main responsibility will for this position will be to open the club in the morning. Reliability is a necessity.
Some other requirements of this position are, but are not limited to:
- Handling members accounts with excellent customer service.
- Greeting all members and guests as the come in.
- Answering phone calls.
- Making calls to day passes.
- Handing out flyers to the public.
- Facilitate all member requests and issues.
- Maintain a clean facility.
- Opening/closing duties.
