**What you will do**

You will be one of the first points of contact for our community members and for new customers. You will provide exceptional customer service to all members of the community. This will include providing information to customers on memberships and programs that we offer and by providing tours of our facility. You will be responsible for selling memberships and following up with membership prospects. You will have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with families and peers as you assist in creating a safe and welcoming facility for all.

**What you will bring**

You will bring a minimum of 1 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in a similar environment. You are computer literate, with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. You are committed to working in a socially inclusive environment responding with sensitivity and personal awareness to diverse needs. You will have well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to establish rapport and excellent communication with fellow employees, children, families and community partners. This position requires your willingness to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends. You will also be required to present a clear, current, Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector screening.
