A new opportunity for a **part time** position needs to be filled.

The **part time** shift will be for the following:

- **Saturday: 7am-12pm.**:

- **Sunday: 7am-12pm.**:

- **Other hours available upon shift coverage as needed.**

This individual will be responsible for signing up new members, lead generation, club cleanliness & servicing our existing members. This staff member will also be responsible for opening the club & will be considered a key holder. **Reliable & leadership mentality are extremely important traits for this role.**

The membership sales representative is responsible for delivering a great experience to help get people signed up to our facilities. They will be providing exceptional service to new prospects/customers, as well as the current member base.

All leads for the club are from lead generation, phone calls, walk ins, social media, and promotions. It is the sales representatives responsibility to take those leads and convert them in to members.

Some other requirements of this position are, but are not limited to:

- Handling members accounts with excellent customer service.
- Greeting all members and guests as the come in.
- Answering phone calls.
- Making calls to trial passes & other leads.
- Handing out flyers to the public.
- Facilitate all member requests and issues.
- Maintain a clean facility.
- Opening/closing duties.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: $15.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Every Weekend
- Holidays

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
