**Responsibilities**:
- Scheduling elevators for move days
- Correspondence with clients
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events
- Manage office files and records
- Create and maintain databases
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Provide administrative support to staff members
**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- North York, ON M3C 2G3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

- Office: 2 years (preferred)
