**JOB TITLE**:
ISO Coordinator (ISO 9001 & 14001)

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
1. Maintaining and updating company Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.

2. Trains personnel in the requirements of ISO and customer quality systems.

3. Plans, promotes and organizes training activities related to product quality and ISO related activities.

4. Planning, scheduling and follow up on internal audits LPA (Layered Process Audits).

5. Planning, scheduling and follow up on 3rd party audits (TS/ISO9001/ISO14001).

6. Coordinates and schedules internal and external monthly and annual audits to ensure compliance and maintain ISO accreditation.

7. Controls, organizes and maintains ISO procedures including training logs.

8. Document Control for all business-related documentation to comply with external and internal standards.

9. Calibration Schedule Management and coordinating internal calibrations.

10. Assists in the development of standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluating.

11. Assists in the development of sampling procedures, forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality reliability data through ISO9001/ISO14001.

12. Compiles and writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality assurance and activities.

13. Reports audit results regularly to the Management Team.

14. Adheres to all plant safety rules and regulations.

15. Follows all applicable plant business procedures.

16. Monitors and measures effectiveness of company internal processes and suggests and implements improvements regularly.

17. Supports Quality Assurance / Health & Safety Management as required.

18. Other related duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
1. Minimum 3-to-5-year experience in ISO and Quality Management Systems (QMS) preferred.

2. Post-Secondary diploma/degree in Engineering, Statistics or Business-related discipline or equivalent experience.

3. Familiarity with automotive regulatory requirements.

4. Experience with gage calibration. Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

5. Good understanding of metrology with current technology.

6. Experience with gage calibration, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, corrective action, control plans, document control.

7. High attention to detail.

8. Technical savvy.

9. Commitment, adaptability and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.

10. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

11. Work independently without appreciable direction.

**SCHEDULE**:
1. Full-Time, Monday - Friday

**LENGTH**:Permanent

**TRAVEL**:Minimal travel requirements
