**Job Summary**:
This role includes weighing incoming and outgoing vehicles, processing various forms of payment, customer service, and providing support and administrative coordination across the organization.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for weighing inbound and outbound scale traffic, verifying scale tickets, and ensuring payment is accurate.
- Operating weigh scales and scale software.
- Maintain radio communication with operations.
- Follows all cash handling procedures - meeting and exceeding cashier variance policy.
- Provides friendly, knowledgeable customer service with excellent product knowledge
- Provides excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers in a timely and effective manner.
- Performs opening and closing duties as assigned; ensures accuracy of pricing and end of day reconciliation.
- Daily administration support
- Provide general administrative and reception services
- Provide accounting support through execution of invoice payment, create and maintain filing system for invoices and other finance related documents
- Manage and file a variety of records, both hard copy and electronic on a continual basis
- Ensure that all systems and processes run efficiently, making revisions as needed
- This job requires open availability which may include Opening, Closing as well as Weekends. You may occasionally be required to work extended hours to meet critical deadlines

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office 365, data entry and adaptive learning
- Effective communication skills (oral and written)
- Attention to detail
- Strong basic math skills
- Demonstrate ability to multitask, react to changing conditions and function well under the pressure of deadlines
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work productively in a team environment & independently
- Ability to show initiative and support where needed

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
