**Job Summary**

NEEZO Studios is an award-winning creative studio and architectural visualization firm specializing in: 3D renderings, animation, virtual reality, interactive content, scale models for real estate builders/developers, film studios/ television and retail clients.

NEEZO Studios is looking for a talented, enthusiastic, organized and highly motivated artist who can cope under pressure to work in our deadline driven environment to join our studio.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Create 3D scale models from CAD files and visualizations.
- Read blueprints, CAD files, 3D digital models, and sample materials to determine how to address the project.
- Follow client preferences with regards to textures, colours, style, décor, etc.
- Use laser cutter, different power tools, glues and x-acto knives to create models.
- Produce high quality models under tight deadlines and follow project schedule.
- Multi-task and work on various projects at any given time, sometimes simultaneously.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Knowledge in Architecture, Fine Arts, Graphic Arts, or equivalent is preferred; or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- Excellent detail orientated with willingness to learn.
- Must be creative, problem solver and have an eye for detail and aesthetics
- Must have the ability to visualize in 3 dimension and poses a sense of scale.
- Basic knowledge in 2D AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop and Illustrator preferred.
- Basic knowledge in model-making materials such as a acrylics, wood, paper, cardboard and tools like airbrush, x-acto knives and tools used in the model-making process.
- Knowledge of operating saws, machines and different power tools is preferred.
- Ability to work clean and precisely with small scale details.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, particularly in handling various projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work well within a fast paced, dynamic, deadline oriented environment.
- Write and speak fluent English.
- Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas in a clear concise manner and can understand and follow directions.
- Ability to work with a team and willingness to take initiative and work independently.
- Self-motivated and driven
