Clinic Office Manager

Clinic Office Manager works directly under the Director on all business development, clinical solutions, and team management.
- Builds a professional practice climate and is able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, referral resources, and partners.
- Provides leadership in advancing the goals and objectives of the program and is a key player in business development.
- Plans, implements, and monitors delivery of services including invoicing, claim submission, and scheduling.
- Oversees and coordinates work schedules in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Prepares OCF-3 (Disability Certificate), OCF-18 (Treatment and Assessment Plan), OCF-21 (Auto Insurance Standard Invoice), and OCF-23 (Treatment Confirmation Form) according to Ontario Regulations.
- Executes billing-related tasks on the Universal App.
**Key Knowledge and Skills**:
- Problem Solving
- Multi-tasking
- Basic knowledge of Psychology
- Computer Knowledge, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Working knowledge of Service Delivery platforms such as OnCall
- Familiar with Billing Systems such as Universal
- Knowledge of Ontario Regulations including completion of OCF-3, OCF-18, OCF-21 and OCF-23
- Possessing relevant education and experience in psychology and the Mental Health field is an asset
- Monday to Friday - 8 hours a day
