**Position: Dental Administrator - Patient Advocate**
**Job Type**:Full-Time
**Responsibilities (Core responsibilities and target outcomes associated with this role)**

- **Excellent Communication Skills: Both Verbal and Written**_
- Seek to deliver exceptional patient experience by understanding their specific needs, desires and pain points so that we can build enduring and meaningful relationships with our patients
- **Accurate data collection and data entry**_
- **Treatment Coordinating and Problem-Solving Skills**_
- Develop and cultivate a strong knowledge of our services so that you can assist in the process of treatment planning and value-added solutions to our patients
- **Computer/Technology Skills**_
- **People Oriented**_
- Engage in and attend regular meetings and training with your team so that we can share best practices and continue to raise the bar within our Practice
- **Continuous Improvement**_
- Always looking for small improvement opportunitiesthat will make us better, faster, more effective (example: automations, eliminate redundancies, improve methods)

- **Requirements (expected proficiencies)**:_
**Preferred**:
- Consultative training or experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience in treatment planning and good understanding of Comprehensive Dentistry
- Experience working with Dental Management Software
**Required**
- 2 years of Treatment Coordinating or Clinical experience
- 2 years of Dental Administrator experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week
**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
