We are seeking an experienced Dental Administrator who is confident, proactive, and ready to grow into leadership. Candidates without prior dental administration experience will not be considered.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for a seasoned dental administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates at an elite level, and is motivated by long-term career growth.

This position offers a clear career pathway:

Dental Administrator → Treatment Consultant → Assistant Manager → Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, concierge-level patient experience from first contact to follow-up
  • Confidently manage scheduling, confirmations, patient communication, and workflow coordination
  • Support treatment presentations and financial discussions (with growth into a Treatment Consultant role)
  • Navigate and optimize digital systems in a fully paperless environment
  • Problem-solve independently and make sound decisions without constant supervision
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and efficiently with patients and team members
  • Report accurately and consistently to the Practice Manager
  • Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to support practice growth

Required Qualifications

This is NOT an entry-level role. New graduates will NOT be considered.

  • Minimum 4 years of dental administration experience
  • Solid understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and patient flow
  • Strong digital proficiency (practice management software, paperless workflows)
  • Proven ability to think critically, problem-solve, and work independently
  • Elite communication skills — verbal, written, and interpersonal
  • Growth-minded, coachable, and leadership-oriented mindset
  • Strong customer service ethic with genuine care for patient experience
  • Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented
