Puddle Hoppers Childcare is excited to welcome an experienced and caring professional to step into the role of Manager, working closely with our Director to support children, staff, and daily center operations.

Location: 22641 Lougheed Highway - Maple Ridge, BC

Start Date: December 1, 2025

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

**About the Role As Manager**:

- Floating between classrooms and supporting educators as needed;
- Covering staff breaks and providing classroom relief;
- Assisting with the implementation of engaging, age-appropriate activities;
- Supporting and mentoring staff throughout their day;
- Managing supply orders and maintaining overall organization;
- Upholding all licensing and safety standards; and
- Serving as a visible and hands-on leader within the center.

**Position Requirements**:

- Valid Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate or Higher;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the childcare field;
- Strong passion for inclusive, child-centered care;
- Ability to foster a warm, responsive, and engaging environment for young children;
- Excellent communication with children, families, and coworkers;
- Collaborative team spirit and problem-solving mindset;
- High level of reliability, professionalism, and flexibility; and
- Commitment to daily documentation and ongoing observations.
