**Role Description**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct outreach to childcare centers to generate leads and build relationships.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage customer data effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively to convey the benefits of services offered.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of the food service industry or experience working with childcare centers is an asset
- Past experience working at childcare centers or schools is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in outbound call center environment, preferably in lead generation or appointment setting.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and persuasive phone manner.
- Ability to clearly and effectively articulate product/service value propositions.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to identify customer needs.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection professionally.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

- Monday to Friday
