**Job Overview**:

- **Full-time Junior Property Manager for Toronto**_

Working in conjunction with the Supervising Property Manager will oversee the day-to day Operations Management of the Co-op located in downtown Toronto that is currently part of the City of Toronto and Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) Alexandra Park Revitalization Project with 370 units. The Junior Property Manager will have financial accountability for the Property through the financial management of the Property’s resources, building systems and equipment while adhering and maintaining all regulatory health and safety inspections, codes and by-laws. Ensures that all contractual requirements are met and achieved while maintaining and fostering a collaborative working relationship with all Stakeholders and Property Staff. Provides leadership and guidance to Board of Directors, TCHC Representatives and Staff Members through transfer of knowledge, recommendations, coaching and performance management activities that foster collaboration and teamwork.

**Property Administration**:

- Administration of Over house and Under house Transfer Management
- Administration and Reporting of Unit Turnover and Vacancy Management
- City and Zone By-Law Compliance and Management
- Document Preparation for Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) Case Management Reviews and Hearings
- Document Preparation for Legal and Insurance Case Management Reviews and Hearings
- Resident File and Compliance Management
- Resident Correspondence Management

**Maintenance Management**:

- Demand and Preventative Project Reviews and Scheduling
- Maintenance Quotes and Contract Tenders Management
- Annual Unit Inspection (AUI) Review and AUI Work Order Management and Documentation
- Maintenance Supplies and Equipment Order Management

**Household Management and Administration**:

- Processing and Administration of Annual, Quarterly and Income Adjustment RGI Review Management
- Resident File and Compliance Management
- RGI and Household Composition Management

**Financial Management and Reporting**:

- Monthly Reporting Management
- Administration and Reconciliation of Financial Transactions Management
- Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, and Banking Transaction Management
- Accessibility and Affordable Housing Assessments, Approvals and Reporting
- Processing of Resident Housing and Auxiliary Charges Management
- Co-op and LTB Payment Agreement Management

**Relationship Management**:

- Co-op By-Law Compliance and Management
- 1st Level Escalations, Complaints and Inquiries Management
- Resident Education, Relationship and Communication Management
- Stakeholder, Vendor, Resident and Board of Directors Relationship Management

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
