**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Identify and Pursue Opportunities**: Proactively research, cold calling, network, and engage potential clients to expand our business footprint.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and nurture strong connections with prospective clients, understanding their unique needs to offer customized solutions.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct regular market research to keep a pulse on industry trends, competitors, and new areas for growth.
- **Presentations and Pitches**: Create and deliver persuasive presentations that showcase our services and highlight their benefits to potential clients.
- **Team Collaboration**: Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and outstanding client satisfaction.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor sales metrics, track leads through CRM software, and prepare comprehensive reports on business development progress.
- **Networking**: Represent RICI Contracting at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services and generate leads.
- **Stay Informed**: Keep up with industry developments, market trends, and competitor movements to inform strategy.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- **Proven Sales Experience**: Demonstrated success in business development or sales roles, preferably in the construction, contracting, or service industry.
- **Sales Mastery**: Strong understanding of sales techniques and principles, with a track record of consistently meeting or surpassing targets.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication, capable of engaging a wide range of clients and stakeholders effectively.
- **Tech**: Proficiency with SalesforceCRM software, zoominfo and other sales tools for managing leads, reporting, and maintaining client relationships.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- **Analytical Abilities**: Strong skills in data interpretation to make informed strategic decisions.
- **Education**: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Pay: $36,100.00-$194,809.34 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (required)
