**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Work closely with energy consultants, real estate brokers/developers, and other market participants; Help to formulate investment recommendations
- Sourcing and underwriting new acquisition opportunities and management of deal pipeline through diligent pursuit of target locations and properties.
- Evaluating and negotiating with vendors for the most suitable and cost-effective products and services.
- Detailed research of local municipal zoning codes and city planning law; Follow energy regulatory requirements and assess the impact of potential changes on existing power;
- Responsible for maintaining project timeline, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget
- Identify, originate, secure, and support structuring and negotiations of power procurement contracts;
- Participate in property inspections and market tours; Collaborate with Asset Management on asset strategy and valuations; Lead due diligence and closing efforts;
- Develop strategic direction and roadmap to define the future state of procurement.

**PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Associate degree in Real Estate, Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or related field or equivalent experience;
- Experienced in energy procurement/real estate/Sales is a plus.
- Excellent Business Communication and interpersonal skills; Demonstrated negotiation skills in creating win/win scenarios.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Exercises a high level of professionalism and a positive demeanor.
- High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness, and ability to work well under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
