This is a full time, year-round, outdoor, physical labor opportunity.** Duties**: driving and operating a bucket truck, running a crew of 2 to 3 people, manual removal of vegetation from work areas, safely operating various forestry equipment (woodchipper, giraffe, hydraulic equipment, bucket truck, chainsaws) performing line clearance, pruning, and removals.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as a bucket foreman.

Must have previous experience in the Tree Industry with a proven safety record.

Must be 18 years of age with a High School Diploma/GED/or equivalent.

Must be able to work outside in various types of weather.

Must be physically able to perform the requirements of the position.

Must be willing and able to learn how to operate a bucket 75 ft. in the air & operate all equipment safely.

Must be willing and able to learn how to climb trees using the proper tools of the trade.

Must successfully complete the Electrical Hazards certification within 30 days

Must attain Arborist trainee OTM level within the 60 days (supervisor sign off)

Must be willing and able to obtain, and maintain licenses & certifications as required by the position in order to grow your career (**this is paid for by Lucas Tree Experts**).
Must be willing and able to obtain a CDL A or B license **(paid for by Lucas Tree Experts)**.

Must be able to successfully complete a post offer physical & drug screen as well as a background and motor vehicle check.

Must have a clean safety record.

Successful professionals at Lucas Tree Experts have come from a variety of backgrounds, including Utility Line Clearance, Integrated Vegetation Management, Arboriculture, Field Operations Management, Supervisor, Environmental Studies, Horticulture, Arborist, Forestry, Off-Road, Natural Resource Management, Storm Restoration, and Landscape Maintenance.

**SIGN ON BONUS: FOREMAN $1200**

**Experienced Utility Line Clearance Foreman Sign-On Bonus**Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as bucket or climbing foreman, valid CDL license with air brake endorsement, must successfully complete EHAP certification within 5 days, must successfully complete a driver's assessment, and must complete 90 days of positive employment.**
