Bayview Trucks & Equipment Ltd. is a Full Service, Parts and Sales dealer for Kenworth Trucks and KUBOTA farm and construction equipment, with 5 locations in New Brunswick (Saint John, Fredericton, Moncton, Woodstock & Bathurst) and two in Nova Scotia, New Glasgow and Dartmouth. Our Moncton Kenworth location is currently seeking an Evening shift Foreman. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Prioritize and assign all vehicle repairs to personnel, inspecting work in progress and upon completion.
- Instruct and train employees in proper maintenance procedures, policies/procedures, and job safety.
- Report work status and special problems to the Service Manager.
- Communicate with customers, shift personnel, and coworkers to establish and maintain effective working relationships and ensure excellent Customer Service.
- Use Diagnostic Equipment to evaluate mechanical problems.
- Work alongside a technician when required to aid with problem-solving of a difficult repair.
- Other duties as assigned.
- When required the Service Foreman also performs vehicle repairs and maintenance.

**Required Experience/Skillset**:

- Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Windows-based programs and MS Excel & Word.
- Minimum of 3 years Truck dealership experience.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills with the ability to prioritize and focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Cooperative and team-oriented personality with a professional positive attitude.
- Experience with PACCAR Systems or Karmak is an asset.
- Preferential Consideration will be given to fully licensed Red Seal Mechanics.
- All new hires are required to present a Clean Criminal reference check and a Clean Driver’s abstract.
