Our crews install water and sewer infrastructure across Northern NB, Moncton, and Fredericton. **Position Overview** As a **Pipe Foreman**, you’ll oversee projects in Moncton, Fredericton, or Northern NB, ensuring smooth operations on municipal water and sewer pipe jobs. **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead the crew, ensuring productivity and safety on-site. - Plan ahead and make critical decisions. - Maintain crew morale and act as the team's "coach." **What We’re Looking For**: **Skills** - Accuracy and attention to detail. - Strong work ethic and physical ability for labor work. - Competence with tools and the ability to self-manage. - Decisive and confident in decision-making. **Requirements**: - 3 years minimum prior experience as a construction supervisor: Municipal Infrastructure, Heavy Civil, Paving, Concrete - Language: English and French preferred.
