**ROUTE TECHNICAN - Moncton, NB and surrounding are**

The Route Technician/Collector is responsible for the daily operation of their designated route, providing support on gaming machines and service calls. The Route Technician/Collector is also in charge of the collection and deposits of all monies from gaming machines.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Overall management of the service call process including but not limited to: receive, prioritize and complete service calls; provide timesheets and accountability of route service; and communicate with regional manager and locations of ongoing game and service issues.
- Manage the company’s revenue generated from our amusement machines (collect and deposit all income, record all meters, identify discrepancies, secure funds pending deposit, provide all collection & banking reports).
- General maintenance on all gaming equipment (includes but not limited to: replace components, test equipment, cleaning, preparation, ensure repairs are done in a cost-effective manner, maintain and update parts kit, stock and replenishment of prizing & receive inventory).
- Assist with game rotations/installations and movement of equipment
- Comply with all safety procedures, maintain good housekeeping and safety of work areas.

**These are the standards we are looking for**:

- Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Able to Travel via a car 1 - 2-hour distances per day. Company Vehicle provided
- Electronic repair experience is required
- Lifting equipment up to 80LBS
- High degree of technical, problem solving and trouble-shooting skills.
- Ability to install, uninstall and disassemble larger arcade pieces.
- Organized, self-motivated
- Able to work independently
- Communication skills, both orally and written.
- Solid computer skills and experience.
- Demonstrates strong financial acumen.
