**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Address operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions in service or production.
- Hire new employees and manage the onboarding process.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an operations Manager or similar role in a relevant industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and resource management is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is desirable; relevant certifications are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Internship / Co-op

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 44 per week
