Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive who should be able to provide exceptional customer service to our current and prospective customers and assist our sales and marketing team. Your duties will include; working with Origen Air’s Chief Development Officer and building lasting relationships with customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Achieve company growth through the acquisition of new customers.
- Meet or exceed outreach and sales targets outlined by Origen Air.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by visiting installation sites and maintaining units. *Mileage will be paid*
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective customers.
- Prepare contracts and necessary documents for customers.
- Diligently update the CRM, to stay current on leads and follow-ups.
- A strong desire to learn, contribute and be a part of a growing company.

You Are:

- Currently enrolled at a post-secondary institution or possess an undergraduate degree in marketing, sales or business administration.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada (i.e. Canadian citizen, permanent resident or person who has been granted refugee status).
- Interested in environmental sustainability, workplace health and wellness, and client discovery and success.
- A self-starter with the ability to manage and execute with mínimal supervision.
- Possess knowledge and are passionate about plants.
- Passionate about Customer Service.

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Victoria, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
