Our client, a well-established manufacturer is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support their thriving operations.

Lead full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and selections.
Assist with accurate and timely bi-weekly/monthly payroll processing as a Payroll backup.
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions on policies, benefits, and payroll.
Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support the coordination of training sessions and employee development programs.
Contribute to performance management initiatives, including evaluations and goal-setting.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and payroll (manufacturing experience is a bonus).
Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and payroll procedures.
