We are a brand new medical clinic, located in central downtown Vancouver. We are a team of family physicians, physician specialists, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, dieticians, midwives, and many more.

**Job description**

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer service minded receptionist/moa who wants to work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary medical clinic. At Genetica Medical & Wellness Centre, we are a modern primary care clinic located in central downtown Vancouver. We are a clinic that focuses on longitudinal, preventative, and primary care.
- **Position Summary**_

Daily duties for this role would include delivering exceptional customer service and creating a first-class experience for our patients; including, checking in patient's, booking follow ups, MSP billings, answering phones, working closely with physicians and other practitioners, completing incoming faxes, booking labs and other tests.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for healthcare and helping people, enthusiasm, and desire to learn and grow in their role.

- Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail
- Proven problem solver
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with staff, peers, industry colleagues/contacts in a team environment
- Excellent computer skills
- Proven ability to monitor and uphold high quality of service and products to both internal and external patients
- Experience with MSP billings and using an EMR (MYLE) - **asset**:

- Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change.
- Administer and process patient information, referrals, requisitions, prescriptions.
- Previous experience in healthcare, medical, aesthetics, wellness
- Managing incoming faxes, creating patient charts and accurately inputting their demographic data and then assigning these referrals to a doctor.
- Promptly assigning test/diagnostic reports to the appropriate patient’s chart and forwarding these to the doctor via the internal patient messaging portal.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
