**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 3 years** of experience in the Fire/Water Restoration industry or equivalent experience in construction.
- **IICRC Certification** in Water/Fire Restoration is considered an asset.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices.
- Proficiency in **Xactimate/XACTanalysis** or similar estimating software is an asset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a strong drive for project completion and client satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to accept accountability and take initiative.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Must be willing and able to respond to **24/7 emergency calls** for flood or fire-related disasters (training provided).
- A **hands-on approach** is required for each project; this is not a desk-only role.

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
