**Job Title**: Flooring & Tile Restoration Sales / Project Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively market and develop new customer relationships
- Perform on-site measurements and prepare detailed quotes
- Plan, schedule, and oversee project execution
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to Project Managers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal staff, installers, and Project Managers to resolve issues efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Experience in **Restoration Sales**, **Insurance industry**, **Flooring Sales**, or related sub-trade sales (strong asset)
- Established **industry contacts** are an advantage
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Capable of working independently and within a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook**:

- This is a **commission-based position**. Earnings are performance-driven, offering excellent income potential for motivated individuals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $48,101.23-$83,470.20 per year
