Excel Restoration has been in business for over 20 years. Our growing company provides 24/7 emergency response, restoration, and reconstruction services to insurance industry, residential and commercial customers. We offer a wide range of services that remediate conditions caused by fire, water, wind, sewer, and other hazards. Currently, we work mainly with two major insurance companies to mitigate emergencies and facilitate timely repairs for their clients.

**Job Overview**:
The **Project Manager** is a pivotal member of the restoration team, responsible for overseeing all phases of restoration projects—from the initial claim and emergency response to job completion and final invoicing. This role demands strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills to ensure that restoration projects are executed efficiently within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients and insurance adjusters.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in project management within the restoration, construction, or property damage industry.
- Strong knowledge of restoration processes, insurance claims, and emergency services.
- Proficiency with XactAnalysis, Xactimate, and restoration project management software such as Encircle.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders under tight deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

**Requirements**:

- Flexibility to work variable hours, including during emergency response events
- Available to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
- Comfortable working on-site in varied physical conditions (attics, crawlspaces, ladders, PPE, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to pass background check

Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
