Our team goal is to make sure Sherweb is on the right path to long term growth. You will contribute to this goal by serving as the first contact for SherWeb clients for invoices and carrying out billing operations. Succeeding in this role involves correctly answering clients’ billing questions and providing them with good customer service. To do this you will collaborate with the Collections, Sales, Product Development and Technical Support teams.

**Here's what your day-to-day will look like in this role**:

- Carry out billing operations using our internal computerized system: Precisely, you will:

- Create a ticket that corresponds to the client’s need and proceed with the standard operations (update client information, generate a copy of the invoice, make a payment, terminate the process, etc.).
- Prepare credit notes and have them authorized.
- Adjust to client accounts, invoices or contracts.
- Carry out technical operations, even to our computerized system if required, to ensure our clients are invoiced correctly.
- Communicate with the appropriate credit card company when required.

- College diploma or professional certification in Administration and/or relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or in an administrative role.
- A relevant experience in a financial operations department will be consider an asset.
- Knowledge of Office suite software, including advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Bilingualism (French / English).
