**CANADIAN RED CROSS CLIENT SERVICES AGENT**

**Position Overview**
- The CRC Client Services Agent will work as part of the Emergency Response CRC Team.**Responsibilities**-
- Communicate verbally and in writing with customers or service providers to obtain or provide information;- Call and book hotels for beneficiaries.- Reach out to hotels one beneficiaries have checked out to reconcile billing**Qualifications**:

- Master the French and English languages, both orally and in writing;- Comfortable working in a computerized environment and mastering the software of the MS Office suite;- Knowledge of the travel industry is an asset;**Skills**:
