We are a property management company in downtown Vancouver.
We manage apartment buildings and condo units in the downtown Vancouver area.
This position is for a leasing staff to join our leasing to team to help rent our properties.
You have to be a great salesperson to succeed in this roll. You have to be able to lease properties.
We're looking for somebody who's a self
- starter, not shy and is really great at communicating with people..somebody who's going to be excited and passionate about helping our prospective tenants find their next apartment from our large portfolio of properties.
There will be some weekend and after-hours remote work for responding to prospective tenants.
There's also bonus pay for successfully leasing properties.
Your performance e will be judged based on your ability to successfully lease properties. There are performance targets which need to be satisfied.
When the last or first day of the month fall on a weekend or holiday, everybody's at work to assist with move-ins and move-outs.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
**Experience**:
- property management: 1 year (preferred)
