**About Us**
Plan A Real Estate Services Ltd. is a leading property management and leasing brokerage based in Vancouver, BC. We manage a diverse portfolio of residential rental buildings across the West End, Downtown, and New Westminster, including both long-term unfurnished units and high-quality furnished rentals.

We are looking for a **driven and experienced Leasing Agent** to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-person role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently delivers results without needing to be micromanaged.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond promptly to rental inquiries across multiple platforms (e.g. Craigslist, Facebook, website, rentals.ca)
- Coordinate and conduct in-person showings for both furnished and unfurnished rental units
- Prepare lease agreements and manage all associated leasing documentation
- Track leads and conversions through our internal systems
- Collaborate with property managers and maintenance team as needed
- Ensure high standards of professionalism and tenant experience throughout the leasing process

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of residential leasing experience (multi-family or furnished preferred)
- Strong closing ability and proven leasing performance
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
- Familiarity with BC tenancy laws and lease documentation
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Available to work some evenings and weekends for showings

**Compensation Structure offering the Opportunity to Earn over $60,000 per year**:

- Monthly Base Pay: $2000
- **Commission per Unit Leased**:

- **Bonus opportunities** for high volume leasing

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
