Please note: this is a part-time position, working approximately 20 hours per week.

We are a property management company in downtown Vancouver.

We manage apartment buildings and condo units in the downtown Vancouver area.

This position is for a leasing staff to join our leasing to team to help rent our properties.

The focus of the position is showing properties to prospective tenants, for residential apartments in downtown Vancouver.

You may also be responding to phone calls, texts, emails and other messages from prospective tenants interested in leasing one of our 300+ furnished apartments and completing other leasing related tasks.

You have to be a great salesperson to succeed in this roll. You have to be able to lease properties.

We're looking for somebody who's a self- starter, not shy and is really great at communicating with people..somebody who's going to be excited and passionate about helping our prospective tenants find their next apartment from our large portfolio of properties.

There will be some weekend and after-hours remote work for responding to prospective tenants.

There's also bonus pay for successfully leasing properties.

Your performance e will be judged based on your ability to successfully lease properties.

When the last or first day of the month fall on a weekend or holiday, everybody's at work to assist with move-ins and move-outs.

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
