**About the Role**:
Cutting Edge Landscaping Ltd. is seeking experienced **Skid Steer Operators** to join our snow removal team for the winter season. This is an **on-call position** that requires flexibility and reliability, as work hours depend on snowfall and weather conditions. Operators will be responsible for safely loading and unloading their machines.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Load and unload** skid steers independently and safely
- **Secure equipment** properly to trailers for transport
- Operate skid steers for **pushing, piling, and loading out snow**:
- Perform **daily equipment maintenance**, including greasing and pre-use inspections
- Complete **digital snow logs, FLHAs, and pre-use inspection forms** accurately and on time
**Requirements**:
- Valid **Class 5 Driver’s License** (clean abstract preferred)
- Experience hauling and operating skid steers a bonus
- Knowledge of safe loading, securing, and transport practices
- Ability to work independently and follow company safety procedures
- Physically able to work long shifts in winter weather conditions
- Dependable and punctual for on-call, early morning, or night shifts
**Compensation & Incentives**:
- Competitive hourly wage
- **Wage premium bonus paid out** **at season end** for consistent attendance and shift completion
**Schedule**:
- On-call, as snow dictates
- Mostly nightshift, and extended shifts as required
