**Skid Steer Owner & Skid Steer Owner/Operator**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Equipment Operation**: Operate a skid steer to efficiently and safely remove snow and ice from walkways, driveways, parking lots, and other surfaces
- **Snow Removal**: Clear snow using the skid steer and attachments from all surfaces properly and de-ice for safety and accessibility
- **Safety**: Strictly adhere to safety protocols, including equipment inspections and safe work procedures, to ensure the well-being of yourself and team members
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance tasks, report any issues promptly to Site Lead to ensure optimal equipment performance
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of work completed, hours worked, equipment usage, materials applied, and any incidents or issues encountered during shift
- **Communication**: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate snow removal efforts, respond to changing weather conditions, and ensure efficient service delivery
- **Emergency Response**: Be available for on-call shifts during heavy snowfall or winter weather emergencies

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Skid Steer Operator for snow removal operations
- Proficiency in operating skid steer loaders, including experience with snow removal attachments
- Relevant certifications or licenses as required by local regulations
- Strong knowledge of snow removal and winter maintenance techniques
- Ability to work effectively in cold weather conditions and adapt to changing weather patterns
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for flexible work hours, including night shifts, weekends and holidays
