**WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO**
- Provide guests with a seamless experience from check-in to check-out
- Manage and **EXCEED** their expectations
- Share your **KNOWLEDGE** of Whistler and its surroundings
- ** SUPPORT** the wider team and enhance the overall guest experience - ski/bike/car valet, luggage handling, room deliveries, reservation calls
- Approach an uncomfortable situation in a **CONFIDENT** and **PROFESSIONAL** manner
- Step up in the absence of the Front Office Manager
- Provide **LEADERSHIP** and **TRAINING** to new recruits
- Familiarize yourself with the hotels Emergency & Crisis procedures

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- ** KNOWLEDGE** and **EXPERIENCE** - preferably 2-3 years as a people person and leader
- Professionalism, passion, and a** DAZZLING** personality
- Energetic and supportive attitude toward our business, our guests, and our environment
- ** PROGRESSIVE** and forward-thinking attitude - always looking for ways to improve the overall guest experience
- Open, honest, and respectful communication - an all-around **TEAM PLAYER**:

- Multi-tasking proficiency, and effortless ability to prioritize
- ** JUMPS **into a challenging situation
- Supercomputer skills - MS Office, and property management systems
- Bilingual is a bonus
