**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency across all departments.
- Monitor daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of employees, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall operational effectiveness.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Conduct regular assessments of operational performance and prepare reports for senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the organization.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to assess complex situations.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software to drive decision-making processes.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12-36 months
Pay: $51,659.10-$60,000.00 per year
