Call Center Representative/customer Service

**Job Overview**:
As a Call Center Representative/Customer Service Assistant at our design firm, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your role will involve handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with inquiries, and ensuring that their experience with our firm is seamless and satisfying.
**Responsibilities**:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing information about our design services, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist clients in scheduling consultations, follow up on service requests, and ensure that all client needs are met promptly.
Accurately record client interactions, update client profiles, and maintain detailed logs of all communications in our CRM system.
Address and resolve client concerns efficiently, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Work closely with design teams to relay client feedback, coordinate project timelines, and ensure that all client expectations are communicated clearly.
**Qualifications**:
- High School Diploma or the equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient data entry skills.
- Positive and friendly attitude with a customer-centric approach.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.34-$26.30 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Brampton, ON L6T 4L6
