**About Us**:
Metro Compactor Service was established in 1978 and is Canada’s leading expert in Waste and Recycling Equipment solutions. We are looking for a full time _Customer Service Adviser_ to join our rapidly growing team.

**Work Hours**:
8:30-5pm.
On-call rotations, every 7th week for which you will be compensated

**What You’ll Do**

The Customer Service Adviser is our first point of contact for our customers. You will answer incoming calls from current and new customers, providing them with professional service in fulfilling their needs. You will gain the knowledge and experience in our industry to provide the best possible service for our clients.
- Specific Duties Include:_
- Dispatching calls to our local team of service technicians
- Maintaining great rapport with clients and contractors
- Maintain up to date record keeping of required documentation such as WSIB, Certification of Insurance and Invoice requests
- Log service calls into the company’s system
- 2 years of relevant work experience in a customer call center environment handling customer requests, sales, account or order changes and issues
- Must be available to work on rotation for dispatching service calls on weekends
- Team player
- Strong customer service skills, both on the telephone as well as in person
- A minimum of high school (grade 12) education
