**Assessment Coordinator**

**12 Month Full Time Contract**

**Ottawa, Ontario, Canada**

**Hybrid role**

This role plays a key and vital role supporting MCCs exams and assessment teams. You will be responsible in supporting the exam/assessment preparation, delivery, administration, and post exam/assessment activities.

**What you’ll do**

  • Assist the Content Developers in the planning and logistics of in-person and virtual content development meetings.
  • Develop and distribute materials to support content development meetings (e.g., guides, technical documents).
  • Support the Content Developers and participants during meetings; help with troubleshooting technical issues in virtual settings.
  • Administer user access including permission levels to the Practice Test Portal, and Item/Form Review systems.
  • Participate in QA/testing for session set-up. Run mock tests. Ensure data systems and outputs are configured properly and send to the Assessments Content Development Team.
  • Help with set-up of the registration and scheduling of exam sessions within the various exam systems
  • Coordinate the preparation and processing of content between the content development team and others (e.g., editorial, training, production, delivery, etc.).

**What you need to succeed**

**Experience**

  • Three years of previous experience in an operational environment
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in project/program coordination

**Technical Skills**

  • Ability to communicate effectively, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
  • Demonstrated proficiency working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Ability to work both independently as well as in team settings within a fast-paced, multifaceted environment
  • Proficiency in the use of new technologies, early adopter and keen to learn

**Education**

  • Post-secondary education in administration or related equivalent experience
