**Administrative Coordinator**

The Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative support and assistance to the senior executive team.

**Responsibilities include**:

- ** **Manage and administer the Corporate Travel Program;
- Assist with booking travel;
- Compile and prepare quarterly reports;
- Assist with the preparation of presentations;
- Draft, format and proofread documents;
- Assist with expense reports;
- Organizing internal and external meetings;
- Update and maintain all organizational charts;
- Administer the Manitoba Moose and the Winnipeg Jets ticket program;
- Office administration, photocopying and scanning;
- Reception relief.
- ** **Successful completion of post-secondary education in office or business technology or relevant field;
- Work experience in a busy professional environment would be considered an asset; however we are also interested in new team members with other administrative experience that are willing to learn and develop within a supportive team
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and TEAMS) and Adobe Professional; must be tech savvy;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in an environment with shifting priorities;
- Strong client-service focus with an approachable/accommodating demeanour;
- Utilizes sound judgment and demonstrates excellent attention to detail;
- Professional, eager to learn and become a strong contributing member to our administrative team;
- Takes ownership and skilled at working within tight deadlines on multiple projects;
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills;
- Adaptable, growth-oriented mindset and experience working for several people at the same time.
